Responsibilities
Product Development
- Decompose complex legal workflows and collaborate with the development team to define functional requirements.
- Apply deep legal expertise to drive technical excellence through rapid iteration, experimentation, and actionable feedback.
Enterprise Customer Success
- Oversee the strategic rollout and adoption at leading law firms and corporations.
- Lead product adoption and be accountable for measured improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Manage account growth by executing upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Language: Native-level Korean and business-level English. (Must be able to facilitate detailed, complex discussions with development teams and overseas members.)
- Experience: 3+ years in a law firm or corporate legal department. Experience in legal operations is a plus.
- Mindset: Committed to solving legal-sector challenges with technology.
Visa & Relocation
- Fully remote team; relocation to Japan is not mandatory.
- Visa support is available for those wishing to relocate.
Working Arrangement
- Remote: Work from anywhere equivalent to home.
- Hybrid: Employees near Tokyo may gather in person a few times monthly.
- Flexible hours:
- Flexible time: 6:00 am – 11:30 am / 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Core time: 11:30 am – 3:00 pm
- Virtual Office: Interact with colleagues via a customizable virtual office environment.
Additional Details
- Location: Home-based; occasional commuting may be required for business needs.
- Holidays: 5-day workweek (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays off; New Year and other company holidays provided).
- Employment Status: Full-time (permanent), fixed overtime pay included.
- Probation: 6 months.
