How You Will Work
Add Quality to Our Product Roadmap
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Customer Success to understand user needs.
- Clarify customer feedback and conduct interviews.
- Help product teams maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS).
Improve Our Onboarding Experience
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify and address onboarding friction points.
- Find efficient ways to resolve blockers in product demos and onboarding.
Enhance Delight in User Experience
- Work with Product Designers to understand customer habits and usage patterns.
- Apply insights from early testing to inform product decisions.

Useful Experience
- Bilingual communication: Japanese and English (via work, study, or life abroad).
- Direct customer engagement: interviews, calls, on-site visits, workshops.
- Experience in fast-paced environments and cross-team coordination.
- Ability to assess problems from user, business, and risk perspectives.
- Navigating different team goals and KPIs.
- Comfort with ambiguity and learning new domains or tools.
- Experience wearing many hats: Associate Product Manager, Consultant/Analyst, Project Coordinator, Product Marketing, Growth, etc.
- Legal industry exposure (optional but a strong plus).
Visa and Relocation
- Fully remote work—headquarters in Japan, but relocation is not required.

- Flexible work hours:
- Flexible: 6:00 am - 11:30 am / 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Core: 11:30 am - 3:00 pm

Other Details
- Work location: Home, or equivalent; occasional commuting may be required.
- Holidays: 5-day workweek (Sat/Sun/public holidays + company-designated breaks).
- Employment: Full-time, permanent (fixed overtime included).
- Probation: 6 months.
