Technical Writer [Machine Learning Project]

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to play a key role in explaining our feature discovery product to our customers in a clear, concise, and usable manner. You will work closely with our product engineers to ensure that our product documentation is accurate, accessible, and compelling.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain technical documentation for our feature discovery platform. This includes installation guides, user guides, tutorials, and API references.
• Understand and explain complex information about our product in a way that is easy to understand and use for customers.
• Collaborate closely with product manager, developers, and customer support personnel to ensure product documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and updated as necessary.
• Conduct user research to understand the challenges and gaps in the current documentation.
• Develop diagrams, flowcharts, screenshots, and other visual aids to help explain complex concepts and workflows.
• Review product documentation for quality assurance purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably with a focus on software or technology products.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and workflows.
• Ability to understand complex software systems and technical concepts.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and software like Sphinx or Git is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Python programming language is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• A positive, problem-solving attitude.
