Platform Engineering Challenges
-
Balancing Rapid Growth with Developer Experience and Governance
Building a development foundation that enables both fast and seamless product delivery and high-standard governance (standardization, security, audit readiness). -
Creating Platforms for the AI Era
Transitioning from traditional, human-operated infrastructure to environments designed for AI-accelerated development and deployment. -
AI-Native Platform Engineering with a Small Team
Systemizing infrastructure provisioning, deployment, testing environments, and governance to enable both developers and AI tools to operate safely and autonomously.
Responsibilities
