exaBase Studio is a no-code development environment that integrates the multiple AI that we have accumulated over the years and enables the design and development of data processing required for business. exaBase Studio is a web application with a highly interactive UI, including a canvas function that enables real-time collaborative editing.
Business content
We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join our Platform team, to help with development and delivery of exaBase Studio, including:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders on requirements’ definition and technical goal-setting.
- Working with the Platform team on development of core back-end features of the exaBase Studio platform.
- Cross-team communication and alignment.

応募資格（必須）
- 3+ years of experience developing backend web applications using Golang or another modern high-level language.
- System and database architecture design experience in high-scale, asynchronous microservice environments.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Focus on engineering best practices such as testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Clear and audience-oriented communication skills.
- Business-level English and conversational Japanese OR Business-level Japanese and at least reading and writing capabilities for English.

賃金
年収 600万円 ～ 1008万円
- 月収：年収の12分割分を支給
- 月収下限50万円（基本給369,930円、みなし残業代45時間分として130,070円）
- 月収上限84万円（基本給621,510円、みなし残業代45時間分として218,490円）
- 45時間を超える時間外労働分の割増賃金は追加で支給
※経験・能力、希望を考慮の上、当社規定により決定
※業務の内容に応じて、フレックス/裁量労働制または管理監督者としての勤務形態を適応
