We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join our Platform team, to help with the development and delivery of exaBase Studio - including:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders on requirements' definition and technical goal-setting.
  • Working with the Platform team on the development of core back-end features of the exaBase Studio platform.
  • Cross-team communication and alignment.

  • ビジネス側のステークホルダーと協力しながら要件定義やテクニカルな目標設定。

応募資格（必須）

  • 3+ years of experience developing backend web applications using Golang or another modern high-level language.

  • System and database architecture design experience in high-scale, asynchronous microservice environments.

  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

  • Focus on engineering best practices such as testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.

  • Experience with Kubernetes.

  • Clear and audience-oriented communication skills.

  • Business-level English and conversational Japanese OR Business-level Japanese and at least reading and writing capabilities for English

  • Golangや他のモダンプログラミング言語のでバックエンド・WEBアプリ開発の経験が3年以上

  • 大規模なasyncのmicroservice環境でのシステムやDBアーキテクチャ設計経験

  • AWS、GCP、Azure等のクラウド基盤の深い知識

  • テスト、 CI/CD、DevOps等の経験

  • Kubernetesの運用経験

  • 相手やシチュエーションに応じたコミュニケーションスキル

  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語能力と口頭での会話が可能な日本語能力 または ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力と、読み書き以上の英語の能力

賃金

年収 600万円 ～ 1008万円

  • 月収：年収の12分割分を支給

  • 月収下限50万円（基本給369,930円、みなし残業代45時間分として130,070円）

  • 月収上限84万円（基本給621,510円、みなし残業代45時間分として218,490円）

  • 45時間を超える時間外労働分の割増賃金は追加で支給

  • 経験・能力、希望を考慮の上、当社規定により決定

  • 業務の内容に応じて、フレックス/裁量労働制または管理監督者としての勤務形態を適応
