exaBase Studio is a no-code development environment that integrates the multiple AI that we have accumulated over the years and enables the design and development of data processing required for business. exaBase Studio is a web application with a highly interactive UI, including a canvas function that enables real-time collaborative editing.

Qualifications (Required)

• 3+ years experience testing web systems (designing/implementing tests, test management, optimizing tests) and creating/coding automated testing (ex: Espresso, XCUITest, PlayWright)

• Experience in containers and container orchestration: NGINX, Docker, Kubernetes.

• Solid understanding of Quality Assurance principles and methodologies.

• Ability to work closely with the development team on the design and implementation of new features and libraries for automation frameworks.

• Ability to articulate vision and manage deliverables.

• Strong Communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

• Business-level English and conversational Japanese

OR

Business-level Japanese and at least reading and writing capabilities for English.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience using any language.

• Background in computer science or a related field.

• Project management skills.

• Product and service development experience.

• Experience working in a startup environment.

• Understanding of machine learning frameworks (Scipy/Numpy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, Tensorflow/Keras/PyTorch).

• Understanding of machine learning models in a business environment (linear regression, ensemble learning, boosting, RNN, CNN, GCN, GAN, etc.).

• Strong initiative in a business setting to lead a team/organization.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Platform QA Engineer (in Test) to support and develop exabase Studio.

You will be focused on solving challenging frameworks, scalability & stability problems that will enable the company to deliver a product at high-scale without compromising on quality, velocity, and coding standards.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building reliable and robust test automation frameworks for both front-end and back-end applications. They will also have interest, background, and experience in DevOps, infrastructure as code, build automation, tooling, and release engineering.

The candidate should also be passionate about providing world-class customer service with a sharp focus on automating, deploying, and managing a reliable, robust, high-quality software CI/CD pipeline infrastructure and their associated services.

Lastly, they should have experience working on large-scale software development within complex multi-platform environments and in-depth knowledge with infrastructure as code, build and release automation, tooling and services (Jenkins, Artifactory, Git) & latest container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).

Salary

Annual salary of 6,000,000 JPY to 13,080,000 JPY

• Monthly Salary: Paid in 12 equal installments of the annual salary.

• Lower limit of monthly salary: 500,000 JPY (Basic salary of 369,930 JPY plus deemed overtime pay for 45 hours, totaling 130,070 JPY).

• Upper limit of monthly salary: 1,090,000 JPY (Basic salary of 806,470 JPY plus deemed overtime pay for 45 hours, totaling 283,530 JPY).

• Additional overtime pay for working more than 45 hours will be provided.

• Salary will be determined based on experience, ability, and preferences according to company regulations.

• Depending on the job responsibilities, flexible/discretionary working hours or working as a manager/supervisor may be applicable.
