  • 生成AIを活用したプロダクトの開発

    • exaBase 生成AI:
      高機密ChatGPT環境をビジネス現場に導入する法人向け生成AIサービス。禁止ワード登録・ユーザーログ蓄積・利用状況モニタリング・コスト制御・ユーザー管理等の機能を提供。
    • exaBase IRアシスタント:
      ChatGPTを活用したIR業務効率化支援サービス。想定問答集作成支援、強固なセキュリティ・コンプライアンスを実現。

  • English summary:

    • Two products in generative AI: secure Generative AI environment for business (exaBase Generative AI), and IR Assistant supporting IR operations via AI.

業務内容 / Role & Responsibilities

  • 生成AIプロダクトの開発
    • バックエンド/フロントエンド/クラウドインフラ等、幅広い領域を担当
  • You will be responsible for the development of generative AI products, across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure.

開発スタイル / Working Style

  • コードレビュー・ペアプログラミング重視
  • コードの可読性・保守性向上を重視
  • プロジェクトに応じてアジャイル/ウォーターフォール/アドホック型を選択
  • Emphasis on code review and pair programming, code readability and maintainability, with project management methods chosen as per needs (agile, waterfall, ad hoc)

技術スタック / Tech Stack

  • フロントエンド: Next.js, TypeScript, React
  • バックエンド: Python, Django
  • インフラ・その他: AWS, git, Datadog, Slack

勤務環境 / Working Conditions

  • 週1回 東京オフィス出社必須
  • チーム内コミュニケーションは英語中心、他部門とは英語・日本語併用
  • 毎週エンジニア勉強会あり（最新技術キャッチアップ可能）
  • Required to work at Tokyo office once a week
  • Team communication is primarily in English; both English and Japanese for interdepartmental interactions
  • Weekly engineer study sessions to learn latest tech

  • 2年以上のWeb/モバイルアプリ開発経験
  • ネットワーク・データベース基礎知識
  • アルゴリズム・データ構造の基礎知識
  • 英語 : 日常会話レベル
  • 日本語 : N2レベル
  • 東京オフィスへの通勤可能な場所に居住
  • 2+ years web/mobile app dev experience
  • Basic knowledge: networks, databases, algorithms, data structures
  • Conversational English
  • Japanese N2 level
  • Reside within commuting distance to Tokyo office

賃金 / Salary

  • 年収: 540万円～1200万円
    • 月収: 年収の12分割
    • 月収下限: 45万円（基本給332,940円＋みなし残業45時間分117,060円）
    • 月収上限: 100万円（基本給739,844円＋みなし残業45時間分260,156円）
    • 45時間超の時間外割増分は別途支給
    • 経験・能力・希望を考慮し決定
    • フレックス/裁量労働/管理監督者など、業務に応じた勤務形態
