Mission of This Position / このポジションのミッション

As an offensive Security Engineer, you will deliver the penetration tests, red team exercises, and posture assessments our services rest on. You will use AI as a next-generation tool, and help stand up our practice for assessing AI systems as it takes shape.

Business Content / 業務内容

  • Run penetration tests and vulnerability assessments across web applications, networks, cloud, and on-prem environments

  • Plan and execute red team exercises

  • Assess client security posture

  • Analyze findings, write reports, and walk clients through results and fixes

  • Use AI tools to speed up assessment, research, and reporting

  • Join organizational AI-usage assessments

Team Structure / チーム体制

As a newly launched subsidiary with a small founding team, you will initially report to the Representative Director. You sit alongside the other early engineers and the business development members, with direct access to the wider ExaWizards group. The structure is flat and you own your engagements end to end. As the company grows, so too will this structure.

立ち上げ直後の少数精鋭の創業チームを持つ子会社であるため、当初は代表取締役に直接レポートしていただきます。他の初期エンジニアや事業開発メンバーと共に働き、ExaWizardsグループ全体へも直接アクセスできる環境です。組織構造はフラットで、担当案件をエンドツーエンドで裁量を持って進めることができます。会社の成長に伴い、この体制も拡大していく予定です。

  • You will be seconded to ExaSecurity Inc., a newly established wholly owned subsidiary of ExaWizards Inc.

応募資格（必須）

  • Hands-on penetration testing or vulnerability assessment (web, network, cloud, or on-prem)

  • A record of producing and presenting client-facing assessment reports

  • A strong grasp of AI tools and how they can be applied in an OffSec capacity.

  • Business-level Japanese for client work, report writing, and internal communication

  • Red team experience

  • OSCP, OSEP, CEH, CISP, or comparable certifications

  • Experience automating assessments or building tooling

  • Interest in assessing the security of AI systems such as LLMs and agents

Takes ownership of the work they are tasked with, from beginning to end. Enjoys building the testing methods and protocols the team will reuse, and helps shape how the practice works as it grows. Great at explaining security matters in terms that clients can understand and act on.

賃金

  • 年収 900万円 〜 1404万円
    • 月収：年収の12分割分を支給
    • 月収下限75万円（基本給554,910円、みなし残業代45時間分として195,090円）
    • 月収上限117万円（基本給865,660円、みなし残業代45時間分として304,340円）
    • 45時間を超える時間外労働分の割増賃金は追加で支給
    • 経験・能力、希望を考慮の上、当社規定により決定
    • 業務の内容に応じて、フレックス/裁量労働制または管理監督者としての勤務形態を適応

募集要項

勤務時間

  • 標準労働時間：9:00-18:00（休憩1時間含む）
  • 勤務形態：業務の内容に応じて、フレックス/裁量労働制または管理監督者としての勤務形態を適用
  • その他：2026年時点では原則週3出社を基本ルールとしています（特定の部署、職種で例外あり）

昇給・賞与

  • 昇給：年2回（4月・10月）※ 規定に基づく
  • 賞与：年2回（5月・11月） ※会社業績・個人業績による

諸手当

  • 通勤交通費（支給条件あり）

休日・休暇

  • 完全週休二日(毎週土日曜日)、祝日、その他年末年始休暇(会社指定による)
