職務内容 / Position Summary

As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in establishing and enforcing best-in-class security practices across the entire ecosystem. You will strengthen the overall security posture, guide and mentor team members, and ensure security frameworks align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is required to bridge security efforts across teams and stakeholders, driving company-wide security initiatives effectively.

• Establish and enforce security best practices across products and infrastructure.
• Mentor and guide team members in security standards and practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to develop scalable, security-first architectures.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents in cloud environments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive company-wide security initiatives and foster a security-first mindset.

• Security Tools: AWS Security Hub (GuardDuty, Detective, Inspector), SonarQube, DefectDojo, Datadog Cloud SIEM

応募資格（必須）/ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud security, especially with AWS.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with mentoring experience.
• Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (Japanese N2 or higher recommended).
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM), network security, and cloud compliance.
• Experience monitoring and responding to security incidents in cloud environments.
• Knowledge and experience in application security, including white box testing and code reviews.

• Security certifications (AWS Certified Security - Specialty, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, etc.).
• Experience at a company focused on AI-powered products.
• Knowledge of zero-trust architectures and cloud-native security solutions.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with security automation and Infrastructure as Code.

賃金 / Compensation

• 年収: 7,080,000円 〜 13,080,000円
• 月収: 年収の12分割
  • 月収下限: 590,000円（基本給 436,500円、みなし残業代 153,500円／45時間分含む）
  • 月収上限: 1,090,000円（基本給 806,470円、みなし残業代 283,580円／45時間分含む）
• 45時間を超える時間外労働分は追加支給
• 経験・能力・希望を考慮
