職務内容

クラウドオペレーショングループの一員として、クラウドプラットフォームの円滑な運用を確保し、開発チームが効率的かつデータに基づいたツールを活用してプロダクト開発やビジネス判断を強化できるよう支援します。
また、自動化の推進、運用効率の向上、重要なインフラシステムの設計・保守にも貢献していただきます。

As a member of the cloud operations group, you will ensure seamless operation of our cloud platform while empowering the product team with efficient, data-driven tools to enhance product development and business decisions. You will drive automation, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the design and maintenance of critical infrastructure.

応募資格（必須） / Required Qualifications

• DevOpsまたはSREとしての実務経験3年以上 (3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE)
• データ分析およびデータ可視化の経験 (Experience with data analysis and data visualization)
• 1つ以上のスクリプト言語（例：Python、Bash）に習熟 (Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Bash, etc.)
• AWSに関する十分な知識とベストプラクティスの理解 (Solid knowledge of AWS & best practices)
• Kubernetes/ECS等の大規模オーケストレーションシステムの運用・開発経験 (Experience managing large-scale orchestration: Kubernetes/ECS)
• Terraform等のIaCツールに習熟 (Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform)
• 優れた問題解決能力・チームワークスキル (Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative team attitude)
• ビジネス英語＋日本語日常会話レベル（N2相当）(Business-level English & conversational Japanese (N2))

賃金

• 年収: 708万円 〜 1200万円
  • 月収：年収の12分割分を支給
• 月収: 59万円（基本給436,500円 + みなし残業代45時間分153,500円）～ 100万円（基本給739,844円 + みなし残業代45時間分260,156円）
• 45時間を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給
• 経験・能力、希望を考慮の上で決定
• 業務内容により裁量労働制または管理監督者勤務形態も適応
