Data & ML Platform Engineer
Position Overview
Join as a Data & ML Platform Engineer, playing a key role in utilizing data, statistics, and machine learning to solve business challenges and maximize product value for more than a million end-users. You will deliver machine learning-based solutions from definition to production on a fast-growing Real Estate DX platform.
Responsibilities
- Propose data, statistical, and machine learning approaches to solve business challenges
- Implement LLMs and ML models, and release them to production
- Own the entire workflow from experiments to model deployment
- Develop and operate data infrastructures (ETL design, workflow orchestration using Airflow, etc.)

Requirements

Preferred Experiences
- Deep understanding of a specific ML area (e.g., Computer Vision, NLP, Recommendation, Ranking)
- Experience operating/improving search systems
- MLOps experience (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, etc.)
- Experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, fine-tuning, vector DBs, etc.)

Salary
- ¥6,500,000 ~ ¥15,000,000

- Central Tokyo office, fully remote available
Job Type
- Full-time, permanent
Work Hours
- Standard: 8 hours per day (+60 minutes break)
- System: Full remote & hyper-flexible (no core time)
- Office: Attendance is optional; co-working spaces available nationwide (1000+ locations)
- Overtime: Yes (fixed overtime pay system, 45 hours/month—excess paid separately)
- Leave:
- 20 days paid annual leave (not prorated by years of experience; 10 planned paid days)
