Roles

We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our fast-paced, growing team. As part of the engineering group, you will be responsible for maintaining cloud-security solutions used by thousands of enterprise companies. Our flagship product provides functionalities such as access control, email security, and file security. We focus on implementing state-of-the-art security functionalities, ensuring SLA 99.9% in distributed fault-tolerant deployment, and providing the best user experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Implement tools and establish processes to improve the security of services
  • Triage and investigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with service teams to implement security measures and fix vulnerabilities

  • Amazon Web Service (AWS)
  • GitHub Actions
  • Terraform

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and/or cloud security, specifically in AWS
  • Experience in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS)
  • Experience in building and maintaining web application CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience in establishing procedures/runbooks for cloud operations
  • Experience in troubleshooting production service issues
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform)
  • Experience building tools or scripts for DevSecOps operations
  • Knowledge of web application security (e.g., OWASP)
  • Knowledge of AWS security best practices
  • Fluency in English (Japanese is optional)
  • Interest in cybersecurity community activities

At least three of the following:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related technical fields
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS)
  • Experience in web application CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform)
  • Knowledge/experience troubleshooting production service or security issues
  • Knowledge/experience in web application security

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating security tests for web applications (SAST/DAST) in CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience responding to and resolving security-related production incidents
  • Experience adopting AWS security services in production (e.g., Security Hub, Inspector, CloudTrail, AWS WAF)
  • Experience managing or participating in a Bug Bounty program

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: 7 to 9 million JPY
    (Includes English Allowance & Physical Communication Bonus)
