Part-timer: Assistant of Productivity Section

Responsibilities

  • Support organizing internal and external events in the division.
  • Assist with account management, including checking service usage and the number of licenses to be ordered.
  • Manage licenses for the cloud services used by the division.
  • Handle data management (Google Slide, Spreadsheet).
  • Participate in research and planning of internal onboarding content, education, and internal events in the future.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Language: Business-level proficiency in either Japanese or English.
    • Japanese: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking, with the ability to understand invoices (equivalent to JLPT N2 or above; certification not required).
    • English: Ability to communicate with colleagues in English, both in text and verbally.
  • Ability to use functions on spreadsheets and research online.
  • Willingness to learn and use new IT tools and services.

  • Comfortable asking questions when unclear.
  • Detail-oriented.

Work Day/Hours

  • 10 hours/week (e.g., 2 days/week, 4-5 hours/day)
  • Must work on Friday in the office (negotiable due to unavoidable matters); another working day is negotiable.

Compensation

1500 JPY/hour

Holidays

Any day of the week except workdays, every Saturday and Sunday, national holidays, December 29th - January 3rd.
