Part-timer: Assistant of Productivity Section

Job Description

  • Support organizing internal and external events in the division.
  • Assist with account management, such as checking the usage of services and the number of licenses to be ordered.
  • Manage licenses for the cloud services used by the division.
  • Data management (Google Slide, Spreadsheet).
  • Participate in research and planning of internal onboarding content, education, and internal events in the future.

Responsibilities

The Productivity Section supports engineers within the development division to thrive through various tasks, including planning and operating internal events, along with responsibilities such as engineer recruitment, onboarding, and education.

In this position, you will initially assist with planning and operating internal events and supporting data management within the department. As you progress, you are expected to be actively involved in expanding internal content for engineers and contributing to the planning and development of events.

Communication within the development team is primarily conducted in English, and this position requires business-level Japanese. Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Language: Business-level proficiency in either Japanese or English.
    • Business-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N2 or above; certification is not required), able to read, write, and speak, with the capability to understand invoices.
    • Proficient in English for communication with colleagues, both in text and verbally.
  • Ability to use functions on spreadsheets and conduct internet research.
  • Willingness to learn and utilize new IT tools and services.

Work Day/Hours

  • 10 hours/week (e.g., approximately 2 days/week, 4-5 hours/day)
  • Must work onsite on Fridays (negotiable for unavoidable matters). Other working days are negotiable.

Compensation

1500 JPY/hour

Holidays

Any day of the week except workdays, every Saturday and Sunday, national holidays, December 29th - January 3rd.
