Product Manager Job Description

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years product management experience in fast-growing teams (ideal)
• Experience in payments, fintech, crypto, e-commerce, etc. is a plus
• Proven ability to take a product from conception to market adoption
• Strong design & user sensibilities; motivated to improve customer experiences
• Experience with technical B2B and B2C products
• Technical aptitude: Comfortable with inner workings of online services; opinionated about APIs
• Ability to inspire engineering teams and collaborate on architecture & product decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication; precise articulation of customer problems

• You're a creative product thinker who loves collaborating across teams: engineering, risk, analytics, marketing, design, and sales
• Eager to build out new product ideas with a fast-moving, motivated team
• Experience managing technical software products and navigating technical tradeoffs
• Will do whatever it takes to make the product and team successful (writing QA plans, root cause analysis, etc.)
• Able to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
• Passionate about continuous product improvement and optimizing releases across various sizes
• Experience building or working on technical platforms that enable concurrent feature development by globally distributed teams
