Position Summary

Be a key Product Designer for a global AI product in the legal domain, collaborating with product managers and engineers. The role centers on developing and enhancing products with a focus on reliability, user experience, and high-quality output using emerging AI technologies.

Seeking proactive, thoughtful designers who can clarify ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and tirelessly pursue better user experiences in the age of AI.

Design Organization

• Approximately 30 members in the design team.
• Design Ops dedicated to Design System development, accessibility improvements, and enhancing development efficiency.
• Active knowledge-sharing and external networking initiatives.

Mission & Challenges

• Contribute to the development of "LegalOn," expanding legal boundaries with AI-native products.
• Achieve business goals while delivering high-quality products in collaboration with PMs and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Deep user research and business requirements gathering to design and improve UI/UX quality.
• Prototyping, user research, and hypothesis validation.
• Next-generation UI/UX design leveraging generative AI.
• Proposing and implementing process improvements using generative AI.
• Sharing knowledge and engaging in public-facing activities.

Working Conditions

Salary

• ¥6,000,000 – ¥9,000,000 (based on experience)

• Shibuya, Tokyo (no full remote)
