SRE / Site Reliability Engineer - New Product

Description

We are currently planning and considering the development of a new product in a completely new concept in a new business area. We are looking for someone who can join as a lead engineer in that team.

LegalOnTechnologies continues to provide new value to the market in the legal and contract areas, such as the AI contract review function. We have developed and provided services centered around the AI review service "LegalForce" (released in April 2019), which focuses on the pre-contract review phase, and the AI contract management system "LegalForce Cabinet" (released in January 2021), which supports the post-contract management phase, and have received a lot of feedback.

And on April 15, 2024, we started offering a new service, the AI legal platform "LegalOn Cloud," which comprehensively supports the entire legal industry beyond the contract review and contract management areas that "LegalForce" and "LegalForce Cabinet" had focused on.

In 2023, we expanded into the American market and announced a new product called DecideOn in the decision-making and governance area. We will continue to provide new value to the market and continue to grow.

This challenge will be the fourth new market and area following the legal and contract areas, the legal tech market in the United States, and the decision-making and governance area.

Requirements

Preferred Experiences

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in computer science, mathematics, or other related technical fields

• Experience with IAM and organizational management of public cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Experience in building infrastructure and pipelines for machine learning

• Experience in operating search engines such as Elasticsearch and Solr

• Experience in handling system failures such as server high load and database throughput reduction

• Experience in practicing SRE concepts such as error budgets and postmortems

• Experience in presenting at study groups or conferences

• Knowledge of challenges in operating large-scale distributed systems, such as scalability, fault tolerance, and consistency

• Experience in contributing to or maintaining open-source software projects

• Experience reading SRE-related books such as "Site Reliability Engineering" (published by O'Reilly) and practicing the content or a willingness to practice the content

Salary

7,700,000 to 15,000,000 JPY (Salary will be determined based on experience and skills. Additional stock options may be granted.)
