Senior Product Designer - LegalOn Cloud

Our main product, LegalOn Cloud, is an AI legal platform that supports all aspects of legal work in a one-stop solution—including case intake, contract review, e-signatures, post-signing management, and legal inquiry management. The company has achieved rapid growth, expanded globally, and actively tackles new business areas in the field of generative AI for corporate operations.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to further the growth of LegalOn Cloud by improving and optimizing UI/UX. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional professionals—including domestic and global development teams.

As part of a team of around 20 experienced designers (Product and Communication Designers), you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts from the upstream processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver UI/UX that is readable, easy for users to process, and doesn’t disrupt workflow, enabling users to work efficiently
• Collaborate with other professionals to shape and propose solutions
• Evaluate the flow of processes from a user perspective and suggest or discuss ideas for optimal UI design
• Consider how to propose state transitions and flows for features using generative AI or machine learning, with an understanding of human cognition
• Create prototypes to facilitate discussion about product direction among multidisciplinary teams
• Gather information and conduct user interviews to cultivate a deep understanding of user needs and environments

Working Conditions

Salary

• 7,000,000 JPY – 8,300,000 JPY (based on experience and skills)

Location

• Shibuya, Tokyo (no full remote work available)
