Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager for our global product "LegalOn: World Leading Legal AI".

As a Product Manager (PdM), you will drive the growth of our services by leading product teams and collaborating with legal domain PdMs in both Japan and the US, as well as engineering teams in Japan. Your focus will be on planning and developing products for global markets.

Key Missions

• Understand market trends and essential customer challenges, and articulate them clearly
• Envision and lead the realization of a product vision and roadmap that unleashes AI's potential and delivers true societal value
• Collaborate with development teams in Japan and the US to deliver global market products rapidly

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of the product discovery process ("What to build" and "Why to build it")
• Plan and execute specifications considering business requirements, user experience, and feasibility
• Manage the process from development progress and analysis to launch and operations, working closely with designers and engineers

Responsibilities include:

• Formulating product vision and roadmaps
• Conducting market research, user interviews, and prototyping with Figma to hypothesize and verify solutions to customer problems
• Prioritizing development items based on qualitative and quantitative analyses
• Creating Product Requirements Documents (PRD)
• Defining and analyzing product metrics
• Coordinating and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders (development, sales, management)

• Project management experience
• Broad knowledge in IT, including AI (e.g., generative AI)
• Experience with agile development in cooperation with engineers and designers
• Domain knowledge in areas such as legal or contracts

Working Conditions

Salary

• ¥7,200,000 – ¥20,000,000 (based on experience and skills)

• Shibuya, Tokyo (on-site; full remote not available)

Work Hours

• No core time; flexible workspace or professional work exemption system
