LegalOn Technologies is a startup that aims to create a society where people can move forward with confidence using the power of law and technology.
We have developed and provided AI review service "LegalForce (released in April 2019)" focusing on the challenges in the pre-contract review phase, and AI contract management system "LegalForce Cabinet (released in January 2021)" that supports contract management after contract signing, and have received a lot of attention.
On April 15, 2024, we started providing a new service, AI legal platform "LegalOn Cloud," which comprehensively supports not only the contract review and contract management areas focused by "LegalForce" and "LegalForce Cabinet" but also the entire legal industry.
Mission and Challenges
As a Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will play a role in connecting the development department, sales department, and customers to enhance the value of the product and accelerate business growth for the growth of LegalOn Technologies' services.
You will work on the following missions and challenges:
- Articulate the value of the product and communicate its value to customers through sales and marketing activities.
- Maximize sales support to maximize sales.
- Incorporate market and customer insights into product planning and achieve product growth.
- Contribute to business growth through accurate analysis of the company's business and the market and the formulation and execution of Go To Market strategies for the products.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Hiring, nurturing, and evaluating product marketing managers.
- Maximizing the value contribution of the team through the discovery and improvement of challenges in product marketing.
- Discovering and solving challenges in the collaboration between product and sales.
- Defining the positioning and messaging of the entire product and working with the branding team to shape branding.
- Contributing to customer acquisition and awareness through speaking at seminars and events as an evangelist for the entire product.
- Creating a system to discover winning patterns in sales proposals.
- Designing a system to timely and accurately convey product information to sales.
- Supporting the acquisition of important sales opportunities for the company.
- Systematizing and improving methods for collecting customer issues to execute scientific product planning.
- Designing a system to communicate the latest customer and market situations to product planning.
- Creating and promoting the Go To Market plan for the entire product, including pricing.
Requirements
- Experience in product management of SaaS or B2B products.
- Experience in sales of SaaS or B2B products.
- Experience in data analysis using Excel.
- Experience in data visualization and analysis using SQL or similar methods.
- Business knowledge of specific domains (legal, contracts, etc.).
- Business-level English proficiency.

Salary
JPY 10,500,000 - JPY 15,000,000 (decided based on experience and skills, possibility of additional variable compensation)
