We're seeking a highly skilled GenAI NLP Engineer specializing in legal data, focusing on NLP-based production systems. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the legal tech industry by applying cutting-edge NLP and generative AI technologies to automate and enhance contract review processes. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of legal document analysis, benefiting a global clientele across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop GenAI Text-based Systems: Design and implement best practice GenAI text models for GenAI-based systems.
• Implement GenAI NLP Algorithms: Develop and integrate NLP algorithms, especially focusing on generative models, for analyzing and interpreting complex textual data.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data teams, software developers, and other engineers to integrate NLP capabilities into various applications and systems.
• Data Analysis: Conduct statistical analysis of textual data to extract insights and improve model accuracy.
• Prototype Development: Transform data science prototypes into scalable NLP solutions using generative AI.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in NLP, machine learning, and generative AI.

Working Conditions

Salary: 10.3 to 19 million yen per year

Location: Tokyo, Japan (This is not a fully remote position across borders; you are required to work in Japan.)

• Working hours: Full flex system without core hours

• Break time: 1 hour

Probation period: 3 months
