Introduction

Delivering a world where every value circulates and everyone's potential expands

"What can be done to create a richer society in the face of limited Earth resources?" In 2013, from the challenge raised by our founder Shintaro Yamada during his world trip, the flea market app "Mercari" was born. We believe that by circulating all values, not just physical things and money, we can increase the choices available to everyone and enable them to achieve what they want to do and contribute to people and society.

We will use the power of technology to connect people all over the world and create a world where the potential of every person can be demonstrated. For the direction that the Mercari Group should aim for, please refer to the Mercari Culture Doc.

Equal opportunities in the selection process

At Mercari, we aim to create a society where individuals can freely create value without being determined by their background. We believe that the concept of "Inclusion & Diversity" is essential for Mercari to achieve its mission.

In our recruitment activities, we promise to eliminate all forms of discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, physical abilities, and other symbols so that individuals from various backgrounds who resonate with Mercari's mission and values can join us.
