<About "Mercari Hallo">

The Mercari Group is expanding various businesses under the mission of "circulating all values and expanding everyone's potential." This time, we are entering the spot work (short-term part-time job) business as an HR area business and aiming to realize personal diverse working styles and solve the chronic labor shortage that businesses face. The service name is "Mercari Hallo."

As personal values and lifestyles diversify, the meaning and purpose of work, such as "What is work?" and "Why do we work?", also vary from person to person. We believe that more flexible ways of working according to each individual's purpose are required, and achieving such ways of working is essential for creating meaningful experiences for individuals.

In addition, many businesses suffering from labor shortages play a role in supporting our daily lives, making the chronic labor shortage in the labor market a significant social issue.

<Responsibilities>

  • Participate as a member of the development team in specification review and improvement
  • Participate as a member of the development team in test planning, test design, test execution, and defect reporting
  • Design and implementation of test automation
  • Building and improving development processes
  • Promoting quality improvement

Unique Challenges

An environment that requires "overwhelming sense of speed" × "movement beyond one's role and experience"

  • You will be responsible for launching and rapidly growing a business that will become a new pillar of the Mercari Group. You will be required to work with a small team of professionals and work with a sense of speed, going beyond your role, to achieve business success.
  • Since we are in the phase of creating a new team, you will also be expected to be involved in creating mechanisms to maximize the team's and organization's outputs.

  • As mentioned earlier, Mercari Group is promoting new businesses using the powerful assets it possesses in response to the major theme of updating the labor market. Required Qualifications

  • Those who empathize with the mission and values of the Mercari Group and each company
  • Experience in testing and QA in agile development
  • Knowledge and experience in software testing
  • Ability to identify issues, propose improvements, and solve problems within the development team
  • Soft skills to communicate flexibly with members of the development team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in test automation development and operation
  • Experience in selecting and operating various test tools
  • Understanding and experience in usability and UI/UX
  • Experience in quality management or test management
