About the Role

You'll play a key role in planning and executing usability testing, concept evaluations, and customer feedback analysis. You'll also support research operations and ensure actionable insights reach decision-makers quickly and effectively. The team values curiosity about cultural nuance, excitement about global research, and openness to using AI tools in research workflows.

Ideal for a practical, detail-oriented researcher who enjoys balancing structured UX testing, operational ownership, continuous learning, and strategic thinking.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline and scale research practices globally.
  • Explore and apply AI tools across the research workflow (e.g., planning, recruitment support, analysis, synthesis, repository management, insight communication).
  • Identify ways to incorporate AI into the product development and research cycle for faster, scalable decision-making.

Strategic Opportunities

  • Collaborate with senior researchers and design leads on larger strategic research initiatives.
  • Participate in developing research playbooks and frameworks for cross-border user studies.
  • Take part in in-person international research (e.g., fieldwork in Hong Kong, Taiwan, or the U.S.) as opportunities arise.

Unique Challenges (Looking for someone who is…)

  • Curious and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable switching between hands-on tactical work and broader research planning.
