Work Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required Experience/Skills
- Shared belief in the mission and values.
- 5+ years of practical experience in research related to services/products, or equivalent knowledge/skills.
- Experience collaborating with other teams to improve services/products.
- Ability to autonomously manage the end-to-end research process (planning, analysis, reporting) including:
- Interviews, surveys, field/diary studies, or other methods.
- Research topics such as market understanding, need identification, concept/usability tests, retrospectives.
- Ability to communicate analysis results for decision-making by stakeholders.
- Strong curiosity and empathy to understand the user perspective.

Preferred Experience/Skills
- Ability to develop research strategies for business roadmaps.
- Experience reporting to and discussing with business leaders/senior management.
- Experience in people management or organization building as a researcher.
- Experience in related fields such as product design, management, engineering, or data analysis.
- Workshop design and facilitation skills.
- Ability to extract/aggregate data using SQL.
- Diverse life experience.
