Key Responsibilities

  • Design an industry-leading website with a relentless focus on high-conversion and business growth.
  • Emotionally engage users at the right moments to encourage meaningful actions through visual design.
  • Creatively present product features to educate and persuade potential users.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of brand design, ensuring freshness and relevance.
  • Deliver immersive, cinematic website experiences where they matter most.
  • Rapidly prototype and test landing page concepts at low fidelity before polishing for launch.
  • Combine visually impactful page elements with clear, information-rich layouts (e.g., FAQ, technical documentation).
  • Use typography to craft compelling, reader-friendly experiences (especially for blog content).
  • Stay informed of modern web technologies, leveraging trends and effects when valuable.
  • Balance intuition and data-driven insights to optimize designs.
  • Collaborate with and guide other designers and illustrators, both internal and external.
  • Design with performance, load speed, and SEO always in mind.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with A/B testing and iterating based on data is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to create websites that are highly converting, engaging, and educational.
  • In-depth understanding of effective branding principles is required.
  • Understanding of impactful copywriting is essential.
  • Ability to recruit and onboard top creative talent is a strong plus.
