Targeting A Market Size of 2 Trillion Yen

Aiming for the Japanese data management market, which reached 18 billion yen in 2024, and the North American data integration market, expected to exceed 2 trillion yen by 2026, we plan to increase TROCCO® adoption in the domestic market by more than 500% within three years and aim to introduce it to 2,000 companies in the overseas market within five years, establishing a global de facto standard.

Job Description

You will be a full stack engineer involved in the development of the backend and frontend of TROCCO® and COMETA®. You will lead projects in cooperation with PdM, designers, and CS, involving other development members. (Even if you do not have expertise in data engineering, you can catch up, so we welcome those who are even slightly interested to apply for a casual interview.)

Development Examples:

• Developing and improving connectors (over 100 types supported by TROCCO®)
• Developing workflow functions
• Developing features for importing data pipeline configuration from GitHub
• Developing functions to visualize data dependencies on BigQuery/Snowflake
• Developing new features to solve data engineering challenges
• Developing the new product data catalog COMETA® with the latest AI technologies
• Providing customer support by investigating and fixing various bugs
• Refactoring and improving systems to achieve our vision

As a Software Engineer, you can experience:

Working Conditions

Salary

• Annual Salary: ¥8,000,000～¥15,000,000
• Monthly Salary: ¥666,667～¥1,250,000 / Basic Salary ¥492,667～¥925,000, includes fixed overtime allowance

Location

• Work Location: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo
• Principally non-smoking indoors. Includes locations such as the worker’s home for telework.

Work hours

• Flexible hours available. Core time 11:00-16:00.
• Up to 2 days of remote work per week.
• Complete two-day weekends and public holidays.

• 3 months from the date of joining.
