Job Description

You will be involved in the development of the backend and frontend of TROCCO® and COMETA®. You will lead projects in cooperation with PdM, designers, and CS, involving other development members. (Even if you do not have expertise in data engineering, you can catch up, so we welcome those who are even slightly interested to apply for a casual interview.)

Development Examples:

• Development and improvement of connectors
• Developing and improving over 100 types of connectors supported by TROCCO®, such as HubSpot for source transfer and BigQuery for destination transfer
• Development of workflow functions
• Developing features that import data pipeline configuration information from GitHub
• Developing functions to visualize data dependencies on BigQuery/Snowflake (data lineage)
• Developing various new features to solve data engineering challenges
• Developing the new product data catalog "COMETA®"
• Investigating and fixing various bugs

As a Software Engineer, you can expect

Working Conditions

Salary

• Annual Salary: ¥8,000,000～¥15,000,000
• Monthly Salary: ¥666,667～¥1,250,000 / Basic Salary ¥492,667～¥925,000, includes fixed overtime allowance (45 hours) ¥174,000～¥325,000

Location

• Work Location (Upon Hire): 141-0021, 5F, JR Tokyu Meguro Building, 3-1-1 Kami-Osaki, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo
• Principally non-smoking indoors with telework options.

Job Type

• Full-time Employee

Work Hours

• Flexible hours available. Core time 11:00-16:00 (60-minute break).
• Up to 2 days of remote work per week.
• Complete two-day weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• Public holidays, paid leave (15 days granted in the first year of employment), bereavement leave, year-end and New Year holidays (12/29～1/4).
• More than 120 holidays per year.

Probation Period

• 3 months from the date of joining.
