About the Position

As a Tech Lead on the development team for the rapidly growing service catering to large enterprises and mid-sized companies, you'll assume a key leadership role, providing technical direction.

Responsibilities

• System Development Leadership: Lead the development of existing systems, making technical decisions and designing architectures for mid-to-long-term product growth.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, business teams, and design teams throughout the product lifecycle—from user research to implementation and maintenance.
• Global Communication: Facilitate seamless communication in English between engineering teams in different countries, strengthening a globally distributed development structure.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation and share information within the team to support smooth project execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of web application development experience
• Proven experience leading development as a Tech Lead
• System design and development experience using microservices or REST APIs
• Experience with multiple development frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Spring, Gin, Laravel)
• Frontend development experience using JavaScript frameworks and TypeScript
• Development experience in cloud environments like AWS or GCP
• Team development experience using Git/GitHub
• Experience with testing frameworks
• Experience managing quality during the development process

• Salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥11,000,000 annually
