RakutenJob Description: Department Overview Our organization ECOPD is developing systems for Rakuten Mart and Rakuten Zenkoku Super. We do development and operation for all products related to Netsuper (Front end for users, SCMOMSWMS~TMS etc.). There are many new project, and you can get god experience and domain knowledge widely. Business team and Tech team work together closely. This recruitment is for the Warehouse Management System Group, which is responsible for the development and operation of Rakuten Mart's automated warehouse systems. Rakuten Mart is a service that delivers fresh food and daily necessities quickly, and the development of the warehouse system that supports it plays a crucial role. - Automated Warehouse System Development and Maximizing Warehouse Operation Efficiency You will work with complex logistics systems, including large-scale warehouse systems, AGV, and numerous system integrations, allowing you to acquire advanced technical skills and experience. By leveraging technology to build efficient logistics systems, we provide customers with the best shopping experience and drive the growth of Rakuten Mart. - Keeping Our Warehouse Systems Running Smoothly We don't just focus on new tech. We also value the important, everyday work of keeping our systems running and fixing problems. You'll be a key part of making sure everything works well. Position: Position Details - Requirements definition, system design, development, testing, and release - Trouble shooting and operations - Make technical solution to achieve business requirement - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders Development Languages: - WMS Development: Java - WCS Development: VB.NET Database: - Oracle DB Mandatory Qualifications: - Experience in logistics-related system development - 3+ years of application development experience using OracleDB - 3+ years of development experience with Java or VB.NET - Experience with team development and git code management etc. - Business-level Japanese - Proactiveness and motivation Even without experience in Java or VB.NET, candidates with 5+ years of development experience in other languages are welcome to apply if you are willing to learn Java and VB.NET.
