We continue to set new industry standards through asset formation support (NISA, iDeCo), AI-driven investment solutions, and partnerships with IFAs. - The Frontline of Transformation: We are currently undertaking a massive core system overhaul alongside a radical reconstruction of our "next-generation development process" based on AI. We are in an exciting phase for engineers and PMs, involving legacy modernization and the evolution of AI-driven development styles. - Responsibility and Authority: We maintain the robustness of critical social infrastructure while realizing high-speed new development. Rakuten Securities offers the unique opportunity to achieve this difficult balance using the group's solid network and the latest technology stack. As transaction volumes grow exponentially, our infrastructure requires unprecedented robustness and flexibility. We are moving beyond "maintaining the status quo" to a phase where we evolve our infrastructure through engineering, incorporating cloud-native technologies and IaC. We are looking for an engineer with technical leadership to guide our infrastructure organization into the next generation. - Balancing Stability and Evolution: Lead the optimization and modernization of hybrid cloud environments while protecting the high availability required of a financial institution. - Engineering Operations: Break free from manual operations by leveraging IaC and automation to build a robust foundation that keeps pace with business growth.
