Position Details As a Mobility Service SRE Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties: Maintaining Service Reliability: Ensure the stable operation of rental car, bus, and car-sharing services, contributing to improved reliability. Respond to alerts from monitoring systems and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. Address customer inquiries, investigate the root cause of problems, and formulate/execute solutions. Plan and execute server software version upgrades and architecture migrations. Performance Improvement: Conduct system performance tests and analyze the results. Formulate plans for performance improvement and drive their implementation. Operations: Participate in operational tasks, including releases and data manipulation, which may involve night shifts. Perform data preservation and business support operations as part of Business Continuity Planning (BCP). Mandatory Qualifications: Development Experience: - 5+ years of practical experience with Java/JUnit - Practical experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot - Practical experience with performance (load, stress) testing using JMeter Databases: - Practical experience with Oracle, MySQL - Practical experience with NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB) Infrastructure & CI/CD: - Experience in building and operating CI/CD environments using Jenkins/Ansible - Practical experience with container technologies using Docker/Kubernetes Tools: - Experience using JIRA, BitBucket OS/Scripting: - Work experience in a Linux environment and experience in creating/using Shell Scripts Language Proficiency: - Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 level (conversational) - TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or native-level English proficiency Desired Qualifications: Development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js. Other Information: Additional information on Location Osaka *Relocation due to personal reasons is not permitted. *Work is 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week remote (work-from-home) is possible. However, if night shifts occur, remote work is generally allowed without these restrictions. Additional information on English Qualification TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or native-level English proficiency. Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (When converting to permanent employment, Mondays only will be 8:00 - 16:30 due to morning meetings).
