Operational Design/Senior Improvement Engineer - System Division, Rakuten Bank, Ltd.

Job Description: Department Overview The System Division is an organization that can engage in all tasks related to its all system, such as planning, development, operation and maintenance, etc., ranging from basic business systems to user applications for iPhone/Android. The systems are open architectures and we are also actively adopting open source technology. Position: Why We Hire This position will take on the important role of IT that determines the success or failure of the banking business, which is a part of our social infrastructure. In such an environment, we are looking for new team members who can mutually stimulate and grow together. In this position, we will utilize best practices such as ITIL to design and improve the operation of our services.
