Job Description: Department Overview Rakuten Bank is one of the largest internet bank in Japan with over 17 million accounts. The System Division is an organization where you can engage in all tasks related to all system, such as planning, development, operation and maintenance, etc., ranging from developing core business systems to smartphone applications for iPhone/Android. You will be responsible for the quality control banking system from system requirements definition to system operation as a member of the system quality assurance department. Main responsibilities are reviewing and faults management. Regarding the review, it includes product inspection and face-to-face review of the system development projects to confirm that each development process has progressed in accordance with the standard development process. Regarding the fault management, it include the life cycle management from detection to countermeasures finishing analyze the trend of root cause of faults, etc. In addition, as a checking department, if there are issues or adjustments, you also will be responsible for informing relevant departments and encouraging them to make improvements.
