Job Description: Department Overview: The Enterprise Applications Section of the Corporate Information Technology Department is recruiting a Product Manager to oversee internal systems such as Human Resources and General Affairs. These systems are deployed not only in Japan but also globally. You will work in an environment where you can implement and improve systems across national and corporate boundaries while playing a significant role in the company’s growth. Position Details - Prioritize requirements based on their value and decompose/define scope to enable efficient product releases - Analyze customer feedback to improve the product - Propose long-term, visionary solutions that consider executives’ objectives and stakeholder needs - Analyze information gathered from multiple stakeholders and research firms, synthesize user requirements, clarify true needs, and propose better solutions to users - Act as a liaison between external and internal customers, pursuing not only product and project goals but also shared organizational objectives - Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for your product and address any challenges with enthusiasm - Proactively engage internal and external stakeholders, analyze the status of your product, and produce documentation such as; 1.Business Requirements Specification 2.Functional/Non-Functional Requirements Specification 3.Use Cases System Architecture Diagrams 4.Product Roadmap 5.Stakeholder Reports Mandatory Qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on product management experience - Strong problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment - Strong sense of ownership to carry out responsibilities Desired Qualifications: - Experience working with HR systems - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in designing and developing web applications - Familiarity with HR business processes and data flows Other Information: Additional information on English Qualification - English: Business level (TOEIC 800 or above) - Japanese: Business level #engineer #producer #productmanager #technologymanagementdiv In Japanese, Rakuten stands for ‘optimism.’ It means we believe in the future.
