RakutenJob Description: Business Overview The Technology Platforms Division (TPD) drives the growth of the Rakuten Ecosystem by delivering innovative, high-quality technology platforms characterized by integrated control and strategic partnerships. Within TPD, the Telecom Business Application Supervisory Department (TBASD) develops and maintains a unified, high-quality Business Support System (BSS) for Rakuten Mobile. We deliver agile, scalable solutions across the customer lifecycle and continuously enhance system performance through close collaboration with stakeholders. Department Overview The BSS Product Management Department (BSPMD) is responsible for providing a unified product strategy for the Business Support System (BSS) that integrates with the Rakuten ecosystem to maximize Rakuten Mobile's business potential. Our core missions are managing the product development lifecycle by focusing on project ROI, building a unified BSS platform, and enhancing our AI-driven platform capabilities. We are currently spearheading a large-scale system migration project and are seeking a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in rebuilding our CRM functionalities. We are looking for individuals who are eager to take on this crucial mission, directly contributing to enhancing customer experience and accelerating business growth. Position Details As a Product Manager for the CRM domain within the Business Support System (BSS), which underpins various services across the Rakuten Group, you will be responsible for leading the following initiatives: CRM Strategy and Roadmap Development Considering business requirements and technical feasibility, you will formulate customer-centric CRM strategies and drive the long-term growth of the product. Large-Scale System Migration Project Promotion You will manage the end-to-end process of migrating CRM functionalities from existing systems to new ones, including requirements definition, design, development, testing, and release. Enhanced Collaboration with Business Divisions You will deeply understand the needs of each business division and propose and implement optimal CRM solutions to address their business challenges. Collaboration with Development Teams You will work closely with engineering teams to promote agile development processes, ensuring the rapid delivery of high-quality products to the market. Work Environment Team Structure The Product Management team for the entire BSS system functionalities consists of approximately 70 members. It's an environment where professionals with diverse backgrounds converge. Career Path Mid-career hires account for 90% of our team, coming from various fields within the IT industry and vendor backgrounds. The remaining 10% are new graduates, fostering an environment where you can grow while being inspired by experienced members.
