RakutenJob Description: Department Overview The Leisure Product Department is handling a lineup of lifestyle and leisure related services, some of them being category leaders in the Japanese market. In the Dream Product Section, we are in charge of Rakuten Keiba, and Rakuten Kdreams, Rakuten toto, where we develop and operate online betting services. Rakuten Keiba: Online betting site for local horse racing. Rakuten Kdreams: Online betting site for cycle racing. Rakuten toto and Lottery: Online purchasing site for toto, WINNER, and lottery tickets. These Dream products have AI prediction service that user can easy to bet and fun. In addition, Dream Products contribute to government-controlled competitive sports. Their profits are used to improve local finances and to give back to and contribute to society in various ways, making a significant contribution to local governments through the development of public facilities such as schools and roads, and social welfare. Position: Why We Hire We are planning to increase the number of employees to strengthen the system for further business expansion. And we need to hire the Product Manager for the products. Position Details As a product manager for one of the dream products (Rakuten Keiba, Rakuten Kdreams, Rakuten toto), will be responsible for product construction and execution (project management) to provide new experiences to users and solve various problems that users have through various analyzes. While logically creating the concept of "what the product should be" and "what the user really wants" using data, and in collaboration with engineers and QA, everything from actual development to release Process is the scope of business.
