RakutenJob Description: Department Overview Our team is responsible for the following products in both domestic and overseas markets: - Internal business support systems for our e-commerce platform - Analytics systems for merchant sales - Performance estimation systems for new strategies - Accounting management systems and billing data Position: Why We Hire In the future, we will execute a project to migrate our current SAP ECC6.0 to SAP S/4HANA by the end of 2027. After the service goes live, we aim to achieve maintenance and operations through in-house resources. Therefore, we would like you to join from the development phase on the project to understand the specifications of the new system. Position Details We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our Accounting and Billing system product, specifically focusing on our SAP S/4HANA environment. You will be responsible for understanding complex business requirements and translating them into effective and operational IT plans, leveraging the capabilities of S/4HANA. You will lead projects effectively, ensuring on-time delivery with appropriate quality, while also focusing on continuous improvement and innovation within the S/4HANA landscape. This includes managing the product lifecycle, data migration strategies, and integration with other systems. Responsibilities - Define and manage the product roadmap for the Accounting and Billing system within the SAP S/4HANA environment. - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into detailed functional specifications and user stories. - Collaborate with development teams, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement solutions within S/4HANA. - Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI/SD/MM) to meet specific business needs. - Plan and execute data migration activities from ECC6.0 to S/4HANA. - Manage integration with other systems, including e-commerce platforms, CRM (e.g., SalesForce.com), and other internal applications. - Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. - Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies. - Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation of system configurations and processes. - Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the SAP S/4HANA system. - Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA features and functionalities and identify opportunities to leverage them for business benefit. Mandatory Qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience in SAP FI module, able to customize independently. - Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Experience in designing and testing SAP S/4HANA add-on features with Side-by-Side extensions (BTP) and On-Stack (In-App) extensions. - Knowledge of SAP standard APIs and OData, along with experience in extensions. - Experience in designing SAP Fiori screens. - Demonstrated analytical and process improvement skills. - Knowledge of accounting principles and Japanese bookkeeping practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. Desired Qualifications: - SAP S/4HANA certification. - Experience in implementing SAP SD/MM modules. - Experience with SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). - Experience with SalesForce.com integration with SAP. - Experience with data migration tools and techniques. - Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP). Other Information: Additional information on English Qualification TOEIC Score 800 or above (or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country). You will need to provide proof of your qualifications by the time you receive your offer notification.
