Job Description: Department Overview The responsibility of BSS Product Management Department (BSPMD) is system development of Business Support Systems (BSS) for Rakuten Mobile. And making sure of requirements from executive and business team. Collaborating with development team (Vendor, in-house) for system development and operation. BSS Project Management Section is managing entire BSS system for Rakuten Mobile. Achieving successfully those projects which are center of attention of media and higher management. Project management team is continuously making new/enhanced processes and leading to goal entire project. Position: Why We Hire We are looking to hire a project manager who can oversee the entire BSS system development to strengthen our team. Position Details As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects through the whole project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will be as follows: - Define project objectives and scope with business team. - Identify and manage project risks and issues. - Managing project progress and coordinating various schedules. - Communicate/Organize in a clear and timely manner to all of stakeholders. - Reporting project status effectively for higher management. Mandatory Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in project management for system development. - Experience of management for large scale projects (e.g. 100+ staff/month, parallel development).
