業務内容
技術者としてビジネス上の課題解決に幅広く携わっていただきます。具体的には下記のような業務です。
ネットワーク、サーバーシステムの設計・構築・運用 k8s、CEPH、TiDB、Redisなどオーペンソース技術を使用したインフラサービスの設計・構築・運用 インフラモニタリングシステムの設計・構築・運用 既存レガシーシステムの保守・運用・刷新 ビジネス上の課題解決を目的とした技術調査、技術選定
必須スキル・経験・姿勢
下記全ての経験・知識・理解等
セルフモチベーション 技術への探究心と独学能力 チームメンバーと協調して開発を進める姿勢 JLPT／N2の資格、またはそれに該当する日本語語学能力
歓迎条件
k8s、CEPH、TiDB、Redisクラスタ設計・構築・運用経験 大規模RDBの運用・保守経験 Shell Script, Lua, Python などインフラ常用プログラミング言語での開発経験 大規模サービスの設計・構築・運用経験（負荷を考慮した設計ができる方） 英語または中国語の語学力
Infrastructure Engineer
Job Description
From the design, construction, and operation of on-premises infrastructure to performance tuning and integration with public clouds. We are looking for infrastructure engineers to support all services developed and operated by U-NEXT.
Responsibilities
You will be broadly involved in solving business challenges as a technician. Specifically, the tasks include:
Design, construction, and operation of network and server systems Design, construction, and operation of infrastructure services using open-source technologies such as k8s, CEPH, TiDB, Redis Design, construction, and operation of infrastructure monitoring systems Maintenance, operation, and renewal of existing legacy systems Technical research and selection for solving business challenges
Required Skills, Experience, and Attitude
All of the following experience, knowledge, understanding, etc._
Self-motivation Curiosity about technology and the ability to learn independently The attitude to work collaboratively with team members JLPT/N2 qualification, or equivalent Japanese language ability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in designing, constructing, and operating k8s, CEPH, TiDB, Redis clusters Experience in operating and maintaining large-scale RDBs Development experience with infrastructure programming languages such as Shell Script, Lua, Python Experience in designing, constructing, and operating large-scale services (ability to design considering load) Proficiency in English or Chinese
