We're looking for a Test Automation Engineer to help raise the quality standards across our products. In this role, you'll define testing strategies together with the team and implement scalable solutions for test automation. You'll work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure releases meet our reliability and user experience expectations.
Responsibilities / 主な業務
- Plan, design, and execute test strategies for web and mobile applications

アプリ全体の一貫した信頼性を確保する - Build, maintain, and enhance automated test suites using tools like WebdriverIO, Playwright, or similar frameworks
WebdriverIO、Playwright等を使用した自動化テスト一式の構築、保守、拡張を行う - Support release management by providing clear and actionable test reports
明確で実用的なテストレポートを提供し、リリース管理を支援する - Advise teams on quality strategies to reduce production risks
本番環境での問題を最小化するための品質戦略をチームに提案する - Continuously improve testing processes and documentation to support scaling
規模の拡大に対応できるよう、テスト工程と文書を継続的に改善する
Requirements / 必須条件
- Experience in testing web and mobile applications, including test automation
ウェブやモバイルのアプリにおける自動化テストを含むテスト経験 - Hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern testing frameworks (WebdriverIO, Playwright, Appium, etc.)
TypeScriptおよび最新のテスト基盤（WebdriverIO、Playwright、Appiumなど）の実務経験 - Working experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools
GitHub ActionsなどのCI/CDツールの実務経験 - Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams

- Annual: 6,000,000円 〜 12,000,000円
- Includes 45 hours of fixed overtime per month (1,560,693円〜3,121,387円)
- Overtime exceeding 45 hours paid separately, per company regulation
- Determined based on skills, experience, and ability
- Reviewed annually
