As a Senior Product Manager

You will have a pivotal role in delivering an AI-driven platform and leading the development of AI Agents. Your daily tasks will include leading frontend, backend, and AI/ML engineering teams, working closely with business teams and customers to identify how AI can solve key issues and improve user experiences in commerce.

Your Typical Day Will Involve

• Driving the development and scaling of a multi-Agent AI platform.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, resolve technical challenges, and meet business objectives.
• Defining API requirements and managing dependencies with other product and engineering teams.
• Partnering with Data Engineering teams to optimize data pipelines for AI development.
• Establishing a clear technical vision for a multi-Agent platform.
• Leading meetings to align development initiatives with product and business targets.
• Monitoring and resolving technical issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Acting as a bridge between business and engineering teams, translating technical requirements into actionable plans.
• Staying updated with the latest trends in AI and systems design.

What You’ll Need

• Native or business proficiency in English.
• 4-5 years of experience in product management, ideally with some AI experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from ideation to launch.
• Strong understanding of AI and software development.
• Familiarity with data engineering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Business proficiency in Japanese is preferred.

• Prior experience in product management in Japan.
• Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with Japanese business culture and effective communication with stakeholders.
