Your Typical Day With Us

• Ensuring our entire system and infrastructure are both functional and thoroughly available
• Designing infrastructure that scales with our growing business needs
• Continuously improving CI/CD pipelines
• Promoting best practices and engineering excellence
• Working closely with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) whilst managing multiple environments
• Being vigilant and attentive toward security
• Monitoring existing systems and serving as a first responder to any potential incidents

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of experience working with either AWS or GCP
• 2+ years of experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Grafana)
• At least 1 year of experience working with Kubernetes
• At least 1 year of experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Helm, Argo CD)
• At least 1 year of programming experience in any language (e.g., Go, Bash, Python)
• Currently eligible to work in Japan
• Business-level English proficiency

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform
• Experience developing Kubernetes operators
• Basic Japanese language skills
• Experience with MongoDB monitoring and querying

• Salary Range: Competitive (performance review every 6 months)
